Academic writing these days that's required for you to get a degree, PhD, etc...

Is the art of regurgitating big words without understanding the meaning behind them, while quoting sources you scurried together off Google Scholar on a last-minute writing binge, to form a thesis that doesn't even make any sense.

Academia has become a cabal of midwits stroking themselves off to the repeated, dying, dogmatic thoughts of 19th-century psyops, with little to no ability to even see what life could be outside the schemas of their thought patterns.

In all honesty, academic writing was probably better (and more interesting) when we allowed dreams to be the sources of our insight. Good example of such intelligence? Read @thoughtfultrade's Twitter account. Kozyrev's mirror. Neutrino sea. Healer hands on enzyme rates.

Midwits will flagellate and flail themselves to the altar of certificates and societal statements of value, while those on the other sides of the bell curve will be denominated as lazy, dimwitted, and a waste of resource - when often the greatest ideas and innovations emerge from such individuals.

Sad!

You also see this a lot in commercial music today.

Every sad song has a Minor 4th, as if it's some amazing musical discovery to denote to the audience that NOW you must cry and feel sadness. Tear up and kowtow to my musical genius, they proclaim.

Olivia Rodrigo's Vampire is a great example of this. Vulgarity for the sake of it, with little prose or artistry beyond the prostration of a musical cliche that has been overused for centuries.

There is no drawing of emotion through smart chord choice, OR it has become midwits flexing over Jacob Collier's quintuplet over septuplet extended major 11th with a flat 15th.

Both of which are reprehensible and an insult to anyone’s intelligence.

Where is the art?

It isn't art, it isn't music, because it isn't human.

It's a pastiche of humanity, a pale imitation of what we used to be in a world that was not besmirched and destroyed by monetary inflation, cultural degradation, toxification of the food supply and many other forces.

What a dreary state of affairs.

Personally, I’ve largely refrained from posting that much about $mybags or writing articles on this substack as I find most of the crypto content space to be already widely covered by people who work much harder than me to list protocols, and provide information.

However, I received a message the other day from someone who said my articles are among his favorite pieces of crypto content, so perhaps it’s time to start typing away like a maniac once more.

For one, it seems to be entertaining and somewhat useful to the small audience I have, while also very therapeutic on my end.
